Vitamin #3: Vitamin C
Medline Plus reports that vitamin C is important for the skin, bones and connective tissues. It also aids in collagen formation and help keep the woman’s skin firm. The authors of “Antioxidants Used in Skin Care Formulations” said that vitamin C can also protect the skin from the damaging effects of the sun. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin which means it is not stored in the body. Therefore women should eat foods that are rich in vitamin C everyday so it can provide the body with its anti-aging properties. Good sources of vitamin C are red and yellow peppers, papaya, oranges and strawberries.
Vitamin #4: Vitamin B3 and B6
