When you are feeling overwhelmed, grab your husband’s hand for a few minutes; according to a recent study, you can easily cut stress as much as 200 percent. Plus, your relationship may just improve as a result, which should cut down on stress in the future.

Have a glass of milk at breakfast

According to a recent study, women who drank a large glass of milk at breakfast consumed 20 percent less at lunch. Because milk is heavier than fruit juices, you will likely feel more satisfied with your breakfast, meaning you will consume up to 50 fewer calories, which translates to about five pounds over a year.
