The Blake Griffin Workout Story: Whilst Blake Griffin always wanted to be a pro basketballer, he also had the foresight to back up his immediate plans with some long term ones. A pre-health and exercise science major, his after basketball career plans include helping others like himself with their workout routines and diet. But in the meantime there is some basketball to be played.

A star draft pick for the LA Clippers, Blake Griffin soon impressed with his talents and skills on the court to make it onto the Top 10 list of top players. Renowned for his explosive ability to perform some pretty athletic moves and hops on the court, including his famous dunks, Griffin is also considered one of the most rounded players in the league.

In the past the typical Blake Griffin workout has always included plenty of full-body cardio exercises, weights and plyometrics as well as routines that train him to keep control of his own body weight.
