Behind The Scenes: Look Into Chris Evans Supplements
If you’re going to make a career out of playing comic book action heroes then obviously you need a body to match. And let’s face it; Captain America is no ordinary action hero. Nor is the Human Torch.
Actor Chris Evans got a taste for playing comic book super heroes when he signed on for the role of the Human Torch in Fantastic Four and its sequel Rise Of The Silver Surfer. He followed this up several years later with roles in a couple of other comic book adaptations – The Losers by Sylvain White and Scott Pilgrim vs the World by Edgar Wright.
But it wasn’t until he signed up to play the Marvel Comics character Captain America in the first of the series The First Avenger that we noticed him getting serious about building a comic hero body. Next was The Avengers, followed by The Winter Soldier, Age Of Ultron and Civil War. When he started working with trainer David Kingsbury for Winter Soldier though we REALLY noticed him stacking on the lean muscle and getting those abs ripped.
We speculated long and hard about how he did it and made up our minds to find out. – it was a quest that took us behind the scenes to get a closer look at his training and diet regime. Luckily we got the chance to have a sit down with Kingsbury and he gave us a quick rundown on the two supplements that he maintains were instrumental in Chris’s body makeover.
At first we didn’t really believe these Chris Evans supplements could do everything Kingsbury claims they did for Chris. But we were forced to retract our doubts when evidence that they do work just kept surfacing – testimonials from ordinary guys everywhere who were combining these 2 supplements and turning themselves into their own comic book heroes. Burning away body fat, loading up on muscle and getting ripped in record time! So we compiled a report on our findings ….
