Chris Paul Workout Designed To Minimize Injuries

At just on 6’ tall he’s an unlikely basketballer. However, what Chris Paul lacks in height he more than makes up for in mental toughness and natural ability. The former Hornets and now LA Clippers star point guard is also possessed of incredible strength, speed and power.

These days the Chris Paul workout regime focuses more on issues such as preventing injuries, maximizing recovery, flexibility, improving his ankle strength and stability and working on his glute, core and hip strengths.

According to Chris himself, an prior avowed disbeliever in weight training, the differences to his game since being on this training regime have been impressive. He can now see that the correct type of weight lifting provides major benefits with respect to developing core strength and reducing injuries.

One important part of his daily routine first up is the foam roll. This routine finds all the sore areas in muscles and works the soreness out of them. Then it’s onto bosu ball routines to work on balance, glute, hip and core strength and ankle and hip stability. Developing ankle strength is a particularly important part of the Chris Paul workout program. As is training the spine to adapt to movement in all directions.

Chin-ups are another part of his routine; the exercises are intended to simulate dunking the ball into the net. Leg strengthening and shoulder development exercises are also worked into the routine. Strong shoulders are particularly important for upper body strength and is part of the reason why Chris Paul is considered such a strong, tough player.

A self confessed foodie, Chris admits that his biggest weakness is french fries. However, he’s also allergic to a few foods including eggs, pineapple, grapes and bakers yeast. These days he has his own private chef to ensure that his diet remains healthy and balanced whilst taking into consideration his food allergies. This may include a quality supplement to address any issues caused by his food intolerances.

For the last couple of months we’ve been hearing stories about how guys in Hollywood such as Vin Diesel and Zac Efron or top NBA players like Chris Paul have been using two insane new products to lose body fat and add some incredible muscle bulk in mere weeks. Needless to say, when word of these ‘wonder-products’ leaked out men everywhere went crazy over them and their popularity simply exploded! Understandably, our readers have also been going mad over them too and why wouldn’t they?

Are there “Chris Paul Supplements”?

Well, it turns out that these (what we like to call them) Chris Paul supplements are all perfectly legal and nothing sinister at all!  However it does give those taking it a bit of an ‘unfair’ advantage because it allows them to build up lean powerful muscle and shed excess fat like lightening.

Sure, Chris Paul works out like crazy but it’s this secret addition to his daily diet that seems to be helping him maintain the power and strength he needs to remain at the top of his game. Here is our report on our findings….
