To prepare the soup, place all the ingredients in a pot and add enough water to cover. Boil the ingredients for at least twenty minutes until they are tender. Add milk and keep stirring for a few minutes. Add black pepper and other seasonings to taste.

Super Detox Sesame Salad:

The main ingredient for this salad is spinach which is high in vitamin A and C. You will need the following ingredients to make it:

  • One minced clove garlic
  • A sizable amount of spinach, chopped
  • One green pepper, chopped
  • One tablespoon of sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds.
  • A tablespoon of salt.

All you have to do to complete this recipe is to mix all the ingredients together.
