Jimmy Butler Workout – All Play And No Rest

Chicago Bulls star winger Jimmy Butler and US Olympic team member is an acknowledged workaholic. Certainly the Jimmy Butler workout machine never seems to take much of a break.

Overlooked by all the big universities in their high school recruitment programs, Jimmy did it the hard way instead. By working at it until he could transfer to Marquette University under his own steam.

When it was thought he might not be good enough for the NBA, he worked to prove his detractors wrong. When he was pigeonholed as one-dimensional he worked at his skill sets to become multi-faceted.

In typical Jimmy Butler style he’s prepared to work his butt off to achieve it too. Because he’s clearly taken fitness coach Travelle Gaines philosophy about the key to success being to out work everyone else, to heart.

So instead of taking time out to rest over summer, he’s been seen hard at work in the company of various other star NBA and NFL athletes instead. Often at the beach, where working out in sand is proven to be harder and tougher on the body. At least it’s cooler there….

As for Jimmy Butler’s workout regime – well that consists of 2 basketball training sessions daily, interspersed with strength and conditioning training, also daily.

When it comes to nutrition and diet, Jimmy admits that he isn’t a healthy oatmeal man. He’d rather sit down to a bowl of his favorite Frosted Flakes. He’s also lactose intolerant so that rules dairy off the menu. His love of fine wine is also legendary so we guess he makes sure he takes a good supplement to cover some of those dietary gaps.

For the last couple of months we’ve been hearing stories about how guys in Hollywood such as Vin Diesel and Zac Efron or top NBA players like Jimmy Butler have been using two insane new products to lose body fat and add some incredible muscle bulk in mere weeks.
