Juice Diet Dangers – Lemonade Diet

Are you thinking about starting up a juice diet? If you’ve never heard of this remarkable type of diet before, then you’re really being left in the dark about one of the best ways to boost your health and improve your overall physical fitness. Many people have had great success with this type of diet, but others are hesitant because they’re unsure of how safe it can be. After all, it doesn’t sound very wise to consume nothing but juice for days on end!

The truth of the matter, though, is that this diet is very safe. There are some things to keep in mind if you have special health conditions, though, as will be discussed below. Are there any dangers associated with the juice diet? Keep reading for some information about this popular new kind of diet.

First of all, it should be noted that, on the whole, there are no dangers or risks associated with the juice diet, unless you have one of the special health conditions mentioned below. While there are some diets out there that could pose a risk to your health because of their artificial ingredients, you don’t have to worry about anything like that with the juice diet.

This is because it contains only natural ingredients from vegetables, fruit, and other substances. When you think about it, these are all things that your body normally gets anyway when you consume fruits and vegetables, so there’s no way that it could cause any problems with your health. You can feel completely safe with the juice diet.

It should be mentioned, though, that if you’re diabetic, a juice fast could irritate your diabetes. This is because of the higher concentration of glucose (sugar) found in some fruits, which could give you problems the same way that sweet foods do. If you do have diabetes and want to go on the juice diet, then you’d be best choosing a vegetable- or herb-based juice, instead of a fruit-based one, to minimize the risk of any problems with your sugar levels.

This is somewhat of a less important point, but you should keep in mind that a juice diet could affect your body’s natural balance of pH. This is because some of the ingredients in a juice diet (lemons, for example), are especially acidic or basic, which could cause some imbalance in your system. The effects of such an imbalance, however, are very minimal, if not non-existent completely. Most people wouldn’t have to worry about this.

Last of all, if you’re currently pregnant, then you’ll want to check with your doctor before starting a juice diet, since it may have some averse effects on you. These effects are varied — some people get them, and some don’t. Also, you’ll want to check with the doctor, too, if you’ve had surgery recently, since you have a chance of getting the same effects. These side effects are mild, if you get them at all, but it’s best to be 100% safe if you fall into one of these two categories.
