A lot of them said that they tried all possible techniques; some have even spent thousands of dollars on weight loss programs online.

However, when I ask them about all the methods they have tried in the past, they all seem to give me the same answers – crunches (one even did 300 crunches a day!), fat burners, diet pills and more crunches! From there I figured that those persons are never going to lose their stomach fat unless they changed their ways…

The thing is, I really don’t believe it when people say they did everything, because if they did, one of those methods could have at least worked for them. But then again, they only tried the methods that they thought were right – they never really looked deeper into the issue.

Losing stomach fat can be quite a tricky task. But as soon as you realize what you’ve been doing wrong and do something about them, you’ll see that you knew all along how to lose stomach fat fast.

1. The Diet Pill – I know a lot of diet pill products being sold online and even in various drugstores. What alarms me most is how these pills are being sold over-the-counter, which gives anybody the permission to buy them. For all we know, not all of these diet pills were clinically proven to be safe, although some of them could be effective in a couple of ways. But then again, how long will the results last? And what guarantee do you have that those pills are safe to take?

2. Overdoing the Crunches – the secret in how to lose stomach fat fast isn’t the number of crunches that you can do per day. Crunches alone won’t help you lose those stomach fats, as you basically have to lose weight all over before you can tone up certain parts of your body. So if crunches are all you do, chances are you’re only going to lose a portion of what you really need to burn.

3. Fat burners – just like the diet pills, fat burners can also be dangerous to your health. Technically, they only work on a portion of the problem, but don’t really get into the root of it – metabolism. Fat burners could possibly help you sweat more, but this is as you do your regular exercise coupled with a healthy diet. Otherwise, those fat burners can just be as good as your daily vitamins.

4. Fad Diets – How many fad diets have you already tried before? Was there any one of them that actually worked? I guess not, because you wouldn’t be here otherwise. Those low-carb, low-calorie, low-protein and low-fat diets seem to be very effective at first glance. But when you try to go back to nutrition basics, you need a certain amount of all those nutrients in order for the body to function normally – this includes your metabolic rate.

5. Starvation – A lot of people think that the way on how to lose stomach fat fast is to starve themselves – this is totally nonsense! Starving yourself will of course make you feel lighter (and weaker), but it will never really help you lose weight. It will just trigger more appetite the next time you’re given the chance to eat.
