How does the Ndamukong Suh workout help this rather large Los Angeles Rams nose tackle? Back in high school Suh, the guy with the unpronounceable first name, shone in 3 sports. He played football, basketball, and was pretty impressive with the shot put as well. He entered the 2010 draft and was picked up at #2 by the Detroit Lions. He played for them until 2015 when he was signed by the Miami Dolphins. The 6 year $114 million contract with Miami however was cut short in early 2018 to free up the Dolphins’ salary cap and Suh became a free agent. Less than a fortnight later he signed a $14 million one-year contract with the Los Angeles Rams.
Suh has set a number of records during his career, not all of them stellar. He is known for being a rough player, probably one of the worst in the League. This has led to him receiving a rather large number of fines during his career, the most of any player to date! Some $216,875 worth of fines in fact, also a record. He clocked up 9 personal fouls in his first 2 seasons in the League, something no other player has managed to do. Plus his $114 million contract with the Dolphins was a record at the time for a defensive player.

But despite his reputation as one of the most disliked players in the NFL, no one can argue with Suh’s commitment to the game. He has not missed a game through injury. He doesn’t have to be brought off the field during a game because of injury, and he doesn’t miss off-season team training. He puts in the hard yards in the weight room – he’s a huge fan of weights. Squats are his acknowledged favorite lift and he does them rather well! As a senior he lifted 460 pounds. These days he often adds resistance bands to his squat workouts, which drops him back to a mere 315 pounds. Or he’ll use chains to add an extra degree of difficulty.
Suh also has a pretty impressive leap for such a large person. At the NFL Combine he posted a 35.5inch vertical jump. To prepare for that he incorporated bench presses, sprints and 60-yard shuttle runs. The workout worked and Suh impressed officials at the Combine no end.
He’s also one of those rarer players who has actually planned out a future for himself after football! He holds a construction degree and plans to start his own construction company when he finishes playing.
As it turns out (as we prefer to call them) Ndamukong Suh Workout Supplements are legit. There isn’t anything sinister about them at all.
