Former Phoenix Suns point guard Steve Nash suffers from spondylolisthesis, a congenital back disorder but few would have guessed it watching him play. Lauded for his work ethics and training program, the Canadian basketball superstar possessed balance, eye-hand coordination, core strength, and flexibility.
Due to his back condition, the Steve Nash workout was designed to protect his back whilst maximizing the natural athletic talents he possessed. Ensuring that he moved correctly in the right sequences enabled him to avoid injury, keep his fitness levels up and maintain a high standard of play right throughout the season. He also had his own weights workout regime that was specifically planned to build up the elements he required on court, notably balance and core strength. Maintaining good cardio-vascular condition was also a primary focus of his workout regime.
At the end of a practice game, Nash often did footwork exercises to help his body mechanics. He also didn’t allow himself the luxury of too long a break at the end of the season, preferring instead to keep his fitness levels ticking over so he was ready to fire when the season started again. His off-season training regime consisted of several workouts a week, some shooting practice most days, and playing soccer competitively twice a week.
Nash is also noted for being extremely health conscious when it comes to his diet and nutrition plan. He predominantly eats white meats (fish and chicken), vegetables, fruits, raw nuts and dried fruit with occasional sides of rice or pasta. He eats 3 main meals a day with healthy snacks in between, which are usually raw nuts, a quality health bar, fruit or raw vegetables. He also ensures that he takes a quality supplement to round out his diet.
For the last couple of months we’ve been hearing stories about how guys in Hollywood such as Vin Diesel and Zac Efron or top NBA players like Steve Nash have been using two insane new products to lose body fat and add some incredible muscle bulk in mere weeks. Needless to say, when word of these ‘wonder-products’ leaked out men everywhere went crazy over them and their popularity simply exploded! Understandably, our readers have also been going mad over them too and why wouldn’t they?
Are there “Steve Nash Supplements”?
Well, it turns out that these (what we like to call them) Steve Nash supplements are all perfectly legal and nothing sinister at all! However it does give those taking it a bit of an ‘unfair’ advantage because it allows them to build up lean powerful muscle and shed excess fat like lightening.
Sure, Steve Nash works out like crazy but it’s this secret addition to his daily diet that seems to be helping him maintain the power and strength he needs to remain at the top of his game. Here is our report on our findings….
