And involved a degree of tweaking to find the right type of exercises that will keep him flexible and fit whilst allowing his back some R and R. And like one or two other players, that tweaking has led to a partnership with yoga!

After missing much of the 2017 season, and ranking the lowest he’s ever ranked in his career since his rookie days, Smith was determined to turn things around. He took off back home to California and spent the off-season trying new things. Things like a lot of stretching that not only helped take the pressure off of his back but also gave him more flexibility through his hips. The end result is that Tyron hit the start of the 2018 season in better shape than he’d been for some time. A man of few words, who prefers to let his on field performances speak for him, he opened up enough to tell the media that he was ‘feeling great’.

The instructor’s role, as you’d expect, is to help the team improve their flexibility and find better form. As Smith himself eloquently put it – ‘Anything that helps’.

Other routines included in a typical Tyron Smith workout include his famous ability to bench-press over twice his own weight! That’s 600 to 700 massive pounds. To put that weight into visual perspective, imagine bench-pressing a large pony / smallish sized horse. And speaking of his own body weight, he tries to maintain that at 320 pounds. Needless to say, it requires a lot of eating, something some of his teammates would love to help him out with.

It seems (as we prefer to refer to them) Tyron Smith Workout Supplements are entirely legitimate. There is nothing sinister about them in any way.
