If you tend to have cravings you just drink a glass of lemonade and they will go away. You will also observe that after the first couple of days you will no longer want unhealthy food. This diet works also like a detoxification of the body. After 10 days you can start introducing food back into your diet, but slowly. Start with soups and slowly get to light meat.
